The Name’s Morris, David Morris

Events

David Morris is very excited to be the only jeweller asked to exhibit with the Barbican’s exhibition, ‘Designing 007- 50 years of Bond’.

Adorning some of the world’s most attractive women, David Morris jewels have been worn by a number of Bond girls. Through a connection with set designer, Maurice Pinder, David Morris became involved in the series, lending jewels for films such as Diamonds are Forever, The Man with the Golden Gun, The World is Not Enough, and
most memorably those worn by Teri Hatcher in Tomorrow Never Dies. She sparkled in a David Morris diamond scoop necklace in an intimate love scene with Piers Brosnan – and ultimately was assassinated in it by one of the villain’s henchmen. The film prompted numerous clients to come to the New Bond Street store requesting copies of the same piece.
